Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1.1. Company<\/strong> – UAB GarsasLT, which operates the website garsaspro.lt.<\/p>\n\n

1.2. Client<\/strong> – the person or company entering into the lease agreement with the Company.<\/p>\n\n

1.3. Customer contract<\/strong> – an agreement between the Company and the Client for the rental of sound and light equipment.<\/p>\n\n

1.4. Act<\/strong> – an acceptance and handover document signed by both parties, specifying the equipment to be rented and detailing the additional terms of the rental.<\/p>\n\n

1.5. Equipment<\/strong> – garsaspro.lt offers sound and light equipment for hire, including accessories and additional elements.<\/p>\n\n

1.6. General conditions<\/strong> – the rules and regulations for the rental of audio equipment set out in this document shall apply unless otherwise agreed by the parties.<\/p>\n\n

1.7. Location<\/strong> – the address where the Customer will use the rented equipment.<\/p>\n\n

2.1. The Client represents and warrants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– Has full power and authority to enter into a rental agreement and to use the equipment for its intended purpose.<\/p>\n\n

– I have received all the necessary information on the technical characteristics, rules of use and prices of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n

– Understands the safety requirements for the use of the equipment and has the necessary competence to use it.<\/p>\n\n

3. Term of lease<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

3.1. Rental period<\/strong> shall commence at the time of signing the Deed and shall expire upon return of the equipment to the Company. The specific rental period shall be specified in the Deed. <\/p>\n\n

3.2. Rental day<\/strong> – each calendar day that the Equipment is in the Customer’s possession. If the equipment is returned before 9:00 am, the last day of the rental period is the previous calendar day. <\/p>\n\n

4. Delivery and return of equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

4.1. Equipment<\/strong> shall be handed over to the Client upon signing the Deed and must be returned no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day after the last day of the rental period.<\/p>\n\n

4.2. Refund conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– The equipment must be clean, in good working order and in a condition not worse than when it was issued<\/p>\n\n

– The Company may charge an additional fee for uncleaned or improperly packed equipment in accordance with the price list in force at the time.<\/p>\n\n

4.3. Confirmation of return<\/strong> is formalised by an entry in the Deed or by signing a separate document.<\/p>\n\n

5. Rental fees and security deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

5.1. Rental prices<\/strong> are set according to the garsaspro.lt price list. VAT is added to the prices. <\/p>\n\n

5.2. Payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– Invoices are issued at the end of the rental period or according to the Client’s contract.<\/p>\n\n

– A payment shall be deemed to have been made when the money is credited to the Company’s bank account.<\/p>\n\n

5.3. Guarantee Deposit<\/strong> may apply and is based on the value of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n

6. Obligations of the Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

6.1. The client must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– Use the equipment for its intended purpose and comply with all technical and safety requirements.<\/p>\n\n

– If the equipment breaks down during the rental period, the renter must immediately inform UAB GarsasLT about the breakdown by phone +370 642 22227 or by e-mail info@garsas-lt.lt. It is strictly forbidden to repair the equipment independently without the prior consent of the lessor. <\/p>\n\n

6.2. The company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– Ensures that the equipment is in good working order.<\/p>\n\n

– Provides detailed information on the equipment to be rented and the rules for using it.<\/p>\n\n
